None. It is all about practice
and awareness. The more aware you are, the more attentive to details you
become, the more chances are there for you to experience beautiful growth in
the journey.

Now, let’s see what are you here for? Obviously if you
desire to up your photography game? Are you doing this often and keeping up
with your social media as well? Well, let’s agree on this point, that most of
the beginners, leave it halfway or, say, give up in halfway just because they are
not getting the desired fame and name that they fantasized about. It’s not that
easy, but not impossible either. Before you do this, ask yourself, are you
doing this for mere likes or your great self-satisfaction. Once you are able to
clear out the cloud, you will see things more clearly, both from your eyes and
your lens! So instead of crying after some likes, let’s help you to build up
your knowledge and practical skillset so that you will be able to donate some
of your shared knowledge to this mankind as well.

Now let’s take you to the core of this topic, the following five
tips will totally change your vision and outlook about your photography game ;

Know your gear well: The foremost thing, a photographer, should always study their camera or whatever gear they are using. The more in depth you will go, the more interesting it gets! If you are working with your mobile phone, learn all the possible features your device is offering. By this, you will build a good comfort zone with your gear, or else you won’t have time to change or play around with the settings on your D-day or projects. And, if you are using a DSLR, then make sure you know your camera in and out. I mean, I understand you learn while being in the process, but don’t start with zero knowledge. At least learn the basics and then you can take it from there!

Use
gridlines to compose : Always, I repeat always use the guiding
lines or grid lines ! They really help a lot in shaping your perspective. As an
amateur, you must avoid this mistake if you want to stay on the high road.
Using gridlines often help in adjusting the height, understanding the vision.
Understanding the placement of the subject and the abstracts, it also lets you
change the subject frame and play around a little bit with it. Adjusting the
right amount of negative space in a picture is very important, at least from a
critic’s point of view. So it’s better to identify the balance of space and
subject and keep them intact using these guiding lines. Another point I should
not miss out, if you really love capturing symmetrical sceneries or portraits
then you must follow the grid lines, it is a legit time and energy saver. And I
do not think you need a separate storytelling on the rule of thirds, because
that kind of framing is just impossible without using grid lines. So don’t ever forget this point.

Shoot in
different hours : It is very important to study the game of
lighting in photography because you never know how lighting can change the
whole outlook of a picture. Once you learn about the shadows and lights, it
will become extremely easy to edit them later on post production.

You must keep the knowledge about hard light and soft light,
and you will gain that knowledge once you explore different hours of the day.
Try shooting or at least taking out a day for this exercise. Try clicking a
picture every hour so that you can see and experience the difference in
lighting, tones, shadows and etc of those pictures. This will help you correct
the mistakes that you thought before starting this journey. It is true that
whatever you click, the main game is editing. But why should you do extra hard
work in editing while you can make your work much easier if you keep this
lighting affair intact in your mind while clicking pictures.

Use a
tripod : Always try to use a support as your hands might shake
sometimes, but that’s not the only reason you should tripod. It is all about
the minute details you can possibly find in a picture and to capture that you
have to keep your phone or DSLR absolutely still. Like, a single or the
slightest vibration might create distortion and the details that you desired to
have in your picture, might get missing. And the picture might turn out blurry.
So it’s better to not take any chance here and rather use the tricks. I know
that it’s just an extra equipment, but trust me, this investment is going to
give you amazing results that you might not have got if you used your hands
instead as a support system.

The best part is tripods are not even a lump sum investment. You can literally buy one by being pocket friendly. Here you will get some links of tripods that I would like to recommend to all readers. Trust me, this investment has changed my life when I am talking about photography.

Using prime
lens : let’s start with the first reason; a big advantage of using
prime lenses is that they provide you the option of allowing more light into
your DSLR just because they come up with wider maximum apertures. In simple
words, the hole in a prime lens allows itself to open up wider which lets more
light to enter while the shutter is on. Now speaking of the second one, Generally, prime lenses are much sharper than zoom
lenses. From a perspective of
a lens designer, when there is very few focal lengths to accommodate for, it’s
simpler to create a lens that captures sharp images.

OUTLOOK :

Once you learn about the raw materials to it’s core, then we
can move onto the next step that is selling the art. Selling your thoughts is
as important as creating one, which brings us to the conclusion that, with the
right amount and quality of skills, you can turn your passion into a career.
Photography is the primary most necessary skill to deliver your message to your
desired audience. Cherry, on top, if your photography knowledge and practical
skills are good enough, then companies might hire you just to click pictures of
their beneficial goods, that too without having a necessary blog or social
followings including website. The golden line is good photography has a great
value and is a source of good money and fame, potentially high-paying kinds of
stuff.

While with the new year, I know you all must be very motivated and enthusiastic about your photography and exploring[…]

[55,41
309,40
